Heartland Alliance: This is a letter from Terri Wagner, our liaison for our adopted family through Heartland Alliance:
"For many years, Tiny Tot has adopted a family for the school year. We work in conjunction with Heartland Alliance. Heartland is a not for profit organization, founded in 1888. Their motto is 'From heart to hope'. Heartland offers help to the most vulnerable in our society. In fall, 2010 we adopted Monique and her two children. We provide back up support...and three times during the school year- September, December and in Spring - we hold official food drives. We work closely with Monique's case-manager for updates for health, needs and general well being."
